Opinion OF THE COURT Per Curiam: Kevin Robertson, a member of the Democratic party, appeals from an order which granted summary judgment in favor of his former employer, the Democratically controlled Hudson County Improvement Authority (HCIA), on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim. Robertson had alleged a violation of his First and Fourteenth Amendment right to political association and a violation of his Fourteenth Amendment right to due process.
