Howell (Claimant) from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), reversing a referee's decision, and thereby denying benefits pursuant to Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law [ 93 Pa. Commw. Page 497] (Law)1 on the ground that Claimant voluntarily terminated her employment without cause of a necessitous and compelling nature. We reverse.
