Opinion Donald C. Kiedrowski was killed in a dynamite blast. The superior court dismissed an action for wrongful death, filed by Kiedrowskis estate, upon the ground that the action was barred by the exclusive remedy provision of the Alaska Workers Compensation Act, AS 23.30.055.
