This is an action brought by Television Productions, Inc., against Jerry Fairbanks, Inc., National Broadcasting Company, Inc., corporations, and Consolidated Television Sales, a copartnership, composed of Hallett Manufacturing Company and KTTV, Inc., a corporation.
